Davis Stibor intentionally limits the scope of its litigation practice to four primary areas: (1) commercial litigation, (2) wrongful death, defective products, catastrophic personal injury, (3) construction litigation and mechanic’s liens, and (4) class action/mass tort.

Prior to co-founding Davis Stibor, Shan Davis worked for one of Nevada’s preeminent boutique litigation firms handling complex commercial litigation.  In 2010, Mr. Davis moved to an AmLaw 100 firm with over 700 attorneys worldwide where he practiced in the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Davis believes that the law is the great equalizer, and that all parties, regardless of their size, financial status, race, religion, creed, gender, or national origin, should have their day in court.

Mr. Davis heads Davis Stibor’s litigation department and has represented Fortune 500 companies in complex cases involving tens of millions of dollars in damages, small and medium sized companies in breach of contract cases, and individuals in business disputes and personal injury cases.
