Common Interest Communities
We are experienced in homeowners’ and property owners’ associations and common interest communities, and we analyze the various alternative approaches to structuring common interest communities and their related covenants and understand the related laws, such as the Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act, that govern or may impact these projects. Our experience with common interest communities includes projects as varied as condominiums, planned communities, master associations, and commercial shopping centers.
We have experience in preparing and reviewing leases for retail buildings, office parks and shopping centers for both landlords and tenants. We offer advice in designing and implementing strategies to consolidate, divest, centralize and maximize the value of real estate assets. We have advised in long-term leasing, ground leasing, build-to-suit leasing, retail leasing and office leasing, while providing counsel with respect to operation and management agreements.
Residential and Commercial Acquisition
