Our construction litigation practice is deep. Our litigation attorneys represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in construction disputes that range from complex delay claims to perfecting and recovering on mechanic’s liens on public works, commercial and residential construction projects. Our attorneys also regularly appear before administrative agencies including the Nevada State Contractors Board and the OSHA Review Board on behalf of their clients. Our attorneys have successfully represented small companies against big general contractors in federal courts under the Miller Act on large government projects. Our attorneys are not afraid to take cases to trial, and we have a track record of winning those trials.

Real Estate

Our firm has a penchant for real estate law. Many of our clients are commercial and industrial property owners, landlords, and commercial property brokers and property managers. When landlords have disputes with tenants, we are intimately familiar with all facets of real estate law as it applies to these disputes. Our trial attorneys also represent our property owner clients before municipal planning and develop administrations for zone changes and variances, and before administrative bodies including the Southern Nevada Health District to secure permits for crushing and mining operations.
